today so sian wake up so early go track haha. finally today got so many praises from coach. haha. tecnique finally correct haha. then my javelin throw 26 metres yay. haha. must work harder i only hav one more training then fri got heats. omg i so nervous haha.came home feeling so tired then went out for lunch couldn't keep my eyes open slept the whole journey haha. funny thing i dun feel hungry. then went to eat loy kee chicken rice(damn nice man)i love the rice haha. i miss you so much . then went supermarket funny thing i can't find maplesyrup. argh. can't wait for tomorrow learn new songs haha.
